The minimum requirements to obtain a contractor’s or nominee supervisor’s licence are successful completion of the following units of competency from CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)
BSBESB407 – Manage finances for new business ventures
CPCCBC4002 – Manage occupational health and safety in the building and construction workplace
CPCCBC4003 – Select and prepare a construction contract
CPCCBC4004 – Identify and produce estimated costs for building and construction projects
CPCCBC4006 – Select, procure and store construction materials for low-rise projects
CPCCBC4008 – Conduct on-site supervision of building and construction projects
CPCCBC4009 – Apply legal requirements to building and construction projects.

You must demonstrate work where you carried out: supervisory services—the parts of the project and trades you personally supervised; examples where you applied your knowledge of building and other relevant legislation, interpreting plans and specifications.
