How long does it take to complete?

We have developed this course to take roughly 3 months to complete, but this can differ based on your level of engagement, your LLN skills and your prior knowledge. We provide this course duration as a guide for our learners when making a decision to enrol and begin managing their time between work and study. This is the average time we have recorded to complete this course.

Are these units required by CBS when applying for a licence?

Yes it is, CBS have asked for these specific units when  applying for your trade contractors licence, and only Registered Training Organisations can deliver this unit.

Are there any zoom or video calls?

No, we don’t require you to be in a classroom or in a zoom classroom, you work solely online and at your own pace and times. Everything you need to complete the course is in our learning management system.

Can I login anytime of the day or are there set times?

Yes you can, you have complete 24/7 access from anywhere you have access to the internet (and a computer).

Will there be someone I can contact to help me?

We send you an email introducing your trainer. And he will be available to assist with any questions you have around the training modules, we have a tech team who can assist you with getting access to your student portal.

Are there any written assignments?

Each module has different assessments, some are yes/no, true/false responses (and are computer marked) others are written responses in your own words (trainer marked), the main focus is for you to be moving through the course with as little interruptions as possible.

Is it all online?

Yes it is, 100%

Once you have completed this course make sure you have you professional indemnity and public liability insurances when applying for your CBS Licence.
