Qualified business person (QBP) Licensing Process
A QBP for an unrestricted electrical contractor licence:
- must be competent to perform the business aspects of performing electrical work, and
- must have completed the following units of competency:
- UEECD0007 - Apply work health and safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace
- UEEEL0040 - Develop compliance policies and plans to conduct an electrical contracting business
Plus you must complete: - BSBESB402 - Establish legal and risk management requirements of new business ventures
