Course Details

The “Grid Connected Battery Storage Design and Install” course equips you with the foundational knowledge and practical experience required for SAA Accreditation. Whether you’re a licensed electrician, or working towards an electrical licence, this course is ideal for those looking to specialise in solar battery storage systems. Covering units UEERE0054, UEERE0060, UEERE0077, and UEERE0078, it offers a complete training solution that you can undertake at your own pace. Complete the theoretical components online and conduct practical assessments on worksites of your choosing.

Enrol now with a $1500 deposit to gain full access to the course. The remaining $1000 must be paid upon completion. The full course fee is $2500 without funding.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment and have acquired the skills and knowledge needed for SAA Accreditation. This course includes nationally recognised units: UEERE0054, UEERE0060, UEERE0077, and UEERE0078, preparing you for a career in the renewable energy industry.

Graduates can pursue roles such as Solar Battery Installer, Solar Design Engineer, or Renewable Energy Consultant. With SAA Accreditation, you can work independently or within leading renewable energy companies. Completing this course and obtaining SAA Accreditation will provide you with the skills and credibility needed to succeed in the solar energy sector.

Please note: Some tasks may have limitations when using a mobile phone — for example, you might not be able to upload a PDF document directly into the task.

If this happens, simply email the PDF to your trainer, and they can upload it for you.

Webcam use in Course Tasks

At StaySafe, webcam use is optional for course tasks. This means you can still participate in the course without allowing camera access. If you do allow webcam the system will take a photo of you answering each question.
