StaySafe Industry Training is committed to fostering a learning environment that values, promotes, and supports the diversity of all VET students. In alignment with ASQA 2025 Outcome Standard 2.5, we ensure that our practices, materials, services, and engagement strategies are inclusive, equitable, and respectful of every student’s background, identity, and individual needs.

This policy aims to:

• Create and maintain an inclusive and culturally safe learning environment.
• Promote equitable access, participation, and achievement for all students, regardless of background or personal circumstances.
• Address and remove barriers that may impact students’ engagement or success in training and assessment.
• Comply with national regulatory requirements, including the Standards for RTOs 2025 and relevant Commonwealth and State anti-discrimination legislation.
