Srep 1: Once you pay the deposit or course fee, our thank you page will have an “enrol now” button that you can click on to get access to your course. 

Enrolment Notifications – What to Expect

Once you enrol in a course with StaySafe Industry Training, you will receive the following:

• A welcome email and SMS confirming your enrolment
• A login link to access your course
• Links to our policies and the Student Handbook on the StaySafe website
• An introduction email with your trainer and assessor’s contact details (mobile number and email address)

These notifications help you get started smoothly and know who to contact for support.

Devices You Can Use to Access Your Course

You can access StaySafe Industry Training courses on a variety of devices, including:

• Android or iPhone
• iPad or tablet
• Laptops and desktop computers

Please note: Some tasks may have limitations when using a mobile phone — for example, you might not be able to upload a PDF document directly into the task.

If this happens, simply email the PDF to your trainer, and they can upload it for you.

Webcam use in Course Tasks

At StaySafe, webcam use is optional for course tasks. This means you can still participate in the course without allowing camera access. If you do allow webcam the system will take a photo of you answering each question.

If you're having webcam issues: Check that your browser has permission to access your webcam. 

You can test your camera using a free tool like webcammictest.com

Yes! We have thoroughly analysed each state's licensing body to verify our courses and units are in line with their required outcomes. And because we are an RTO, we can issue Statements of Attainments accepted by those governing bodies.

Our courses are split into two types, all theory therefore all online OR blended theory and practicals.

All theory means just that; All online where you're completing theory through our Learning Management System.

Our blended Theory and Practicals courses will require you locating jobs/installs/environments that you can perform the practicals on (we provide the guidelines in the course).

So no classrooms, no zoom calls, our trainers don't need to be onsite to sign you off.
